Eggless Banana Cake

Banana CakeThis is not only just a very simple banana cake recipe for baking beginner to try on, but it is also dessert idea for vegetarian and those who have egg allergy.

Here’s the recipe 🙂

A: Flour                                160 g
Baking Powder                 1 teaspoon
Salt                                        1/2 teaspoon

B: Banana                             3 pieces (be mashed)
Baking Soda                        1/2 teaspoon

C: Brown Sugar                  70 g
Lukewarm water               100 ml
Mix well and add 1 teaspoon of yeast

Melted Butter                      3 tablespoon
*Can be replaced with corn oil

1) Mix A+B+C evenly.
2) Add corn oil or melted butter into the mixture and mix evenly.
3) Pour the mixture into small cups and wait for around 30 minutes to 1 hour.
4) Bake them at 160 degree Celsius for 30 minutes, or steam for 30 minutes if you don’t have a baking oven 🙂
